Why a subscription instead of a one-time price?
Instagram and Facebook change constantly, and reading Instagram profiles costs us money per check. A subscription pays for the ongoing work of keeping the app working — the reason one-time tools like 4K Stogram stopped being maintained.
What is the Instagram fair-use limit?
Each time Stogramable checks an Instagram profile for new posts it costs us a small amount. Pro includes 300 checks per month — enough to check 10 profiles every single day, or 25 profiles every 3 days. Downloads themselves are not counted. Facebook has no limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your customer portal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your downloaded files are never touched.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days, once checkout opens. During early access, waitlist members get in first.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles checkout, VAT/sales tax, invoices and refunds. You’ll see them on your statement.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see the refund policy. If the app can’t save from the public profiles you followed within the first 14 days, tell us and we’ll refund you.
