Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-16T00:00:00.000Z

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stogramable website at stogramable.com and the Stogramable desktop application (together, the “Service”), operated by Stogramable (“we”, “us”), based in the Philippines. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Stogramable is

Stogramable is software that saves publicly available photos and videos from Instagram and Facebook profiles you choose to files on your own computer. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription. When checkout is available, purchases are processed by a third-party merchant of record named at checkout, which is the seller of record for the transaction and issues your receipt.

3. Your licence

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription (or trial), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on up to two Mac computers you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or circumvent licensing or usage limits in the app.

4. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice before your next renewal. Early-access pricing, where offered, applies for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Fair use

Reading Instagram profiles costs us money per check. Subscriptions include the fair-use allowance shown on the pricing page. If usage substantially exceeds it, the app may slow or pause checks, and we may contact you about a suitable plan.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use what you save. You agree to use Stogramable only as described in the Acceptable Use Policy: for personal archiving of publicly available content, in compliance with applicable law, the rights of content creators, and the terms of the platforms involved. You are responsible for your own Instagram and Facebook accounts and for any sign-in you perform inside the app.

7. Platform changes and availability

Instagram and Facebook change frequently and may restrict access to public content at any time. We work to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee that any particular profile, media type, or platform will remain accessible, or that every item a profile has ever posted can be saved. Feature availability is documented on the features page and in the changelog.

8. Your files

Everything the app downloads is stored on your own computer or drives. We do not host, copy, or have access to your archive. Cancelling or ending a subscription never deletes your files.

9. Intellectual property

The Stogramable software, website, name and logo are our property. Content you save belongs to its respective owners; nothing in these Terms grants you rights to that content.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for subscribers, by email before they take effect.
