Acceptable Use Policy

Stogramable exists so you can keep a personal archive of public posts before they disappear. That purpose comes with responsibilities.

You may

• Save publicly available photos and videos from Instagram and Facebook profiles for personal, non-commercial use, such as a private archive or backup.
• Save content you created or own, or content you have permission from the creator to keep.

You may not

• Re-upload, redistribute, sell, or publicly display other people’s content without their permission. Saving a file does not give you rights to it.
• Use saved content to harass, stalk, impersonate, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to access private profiles or content that is not publicly available, or to circumvent privacy settings, rate limits, or the app’s usage limits.
• Use the app for commercial scraping, data resale, model training, or bulk redistribution.
• Use the app in violation of applicable law or the terms of the platforms involved. You are responsible for your own compliance and for any account you sign in with.

Respect for creators

The people whose posts you save made them for their audience. Keep your archive private, credit creators if you ever share anything with permission, and delete content when a creator asks you to.

Takedown requests

If you are a rights holder and believe Stogramable’s website or marketing hosts material that infringes your rights, email support@stogramable.com with a description of the work, its location, and your contact details. The app itself hosts no content; files are stored only on users’ own computers.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate subscriptions used in breach of this policy, as described in the Terms of Service.
