Privacy Policy

Stogramable (“we”, “us”) is operated from the Philippines. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website at stogramable.com and the Stogramable Mac app, why, and what your choices are. The short version: the website keeps your email if you give it to us; the app keeps everything on your Mac.
The website
Waitlist and notifications. If you join the early-access list or ask to be notified about a platform, we store your email address, the platform you chose, the page you signed up from, the time, and a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We use this to send you the message you asked for and, when checkout opens, an invitation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Hosting and logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. We do not use advertising trackers.

The Mac app
Runs locally. Profiles you add, the catalog of what has been saved, your settings, and every downloaded file are stored on your Mac or the drive you choose. We do not receive, host, or have access to them.
Facebook sign-in. When you sign in to Facebook inside the app, the session is stored in an isolated browser profile on your Mac. We never see your password; the session is never exported or sent to us. “Log out” in the app clears it.
Instagram lookups. To read public Instagram profiles without a login, the app sends the public profile handle you added to a data-access provider we use. No information about you is included in that request. The provider processes the public profile data and returns it to your Mac.
Licensing (when checkout opens). The app will periodically send your licence key and a device identifier to our licensing service to confirm your subscription. It does not send profile names, media, or browsing activity.
No telemetry. The app does not send usage analytics or crash reports unless a future version asks for your explicit consent first.
Payments
Purchases are processed by a third-party merchant of record named at checkout. They collect the billing details needed to complete the transaction, handle tax, and issue receipts under their own privacy policy. We receive your email address, order and subscription status, and the licence key associated with them — not your full card details.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (hosting, analytics, data access, payments) to the extent needed to run the Service, and when required by law.
Retention
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or until 12 months after the product launches, whichever comes first. Customer records are kept for as long as you have an account and as long as tax law requires afterwards.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where applicable, laws such as the GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email support@stogramable.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new “last updated” date and email subscribers about material changes.
